Upon arrival all of our candidates enter a rigorous two week training class and upon completion are deployed to our trading floor under the guidance of a senior rep and will learn the real time decisions that are made on the floor. In short time, you will begin building lasting relationships with customers and carriers that are based on value added, trustworthy dialogue.
